🤖 Teams bot — Ask Groundskeeper
Lets staff ask Groundskeeper questions from Microsoft Teams or Copilot Studio and get an AI-generated answer. This is separate from the Teams/Slack alert webhook above. The bot needs a shared secret: a password that Teams or Copilot sends with each question, so Groundskeeper knows the request is genuine. Without one, Groundskeeper refuses every bot request. The secret is stored encrypted. The bot also needs AI turned on (General Settings → AI Provider).
Endpoint: POST /api/bot/teams/message. Point your Azure Bot / Copilot Studio messaging endpoint here and send the secret as the X-Groundskeeper-Token header.
